What a dedicated engagement looks like.
You get a defined slice of our team, typically two to five people, committed to your work for a monthly block. They sit in your tooling, join your standups if you run them, and report through one account contact in Dubai so you are not managing five relationships.
Scope can move. The team does not. That is the difference between this and a fixed-price project: you are buying capacity and continuity, and the roadmap can change inside it without a change order every fortnight.
Engagements run monthly with a notice period rather than a long lock-in. If it is not working, that should be a conversation, not a contract problem.

Design, development, automation and QA sit in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, Pakistan. Client relationships, scoping and commercial decisions sit with GoDesign FZE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is one company and one team, not an agency subcontracting to an offshore vendor.
How much does the working day overlap?
Islamabad is one hour ahead of Dubai, roughly four ahead of London and nine to twelve ahead of the United States depending on the coast. For UAE, European and UK clients the day overlaps almost entirely. For North American clients the overlap is the morning, so we run written handovers rather than pretending it is not there.
What can the team build?
WordPress and Next.js sites, Supabase backends, n8n automations, Zoho and HubSpot implementations, WhatsApp Business API integrations and AI features wired into client workflows. These are stacks already running in production for clients, not a capability list.
